WHO ARE YOU?We are looking for quality-focused, driven, high-performing Recruiters with a minimum of 2 years experience in
Building or Engineering, or similar, who are over that Groundhog Day rigidity, can work autonomously, want to earn more for the work they put in, while feeling less stressed about work in general.
Each team member will receive the following

MAKE THE CHANGEEarn 20% on every dollar for the first 3 months, then roll onto a model that would yield more than 'generous structures' elsewhere, with 40k quarterly thresholds and 40% and 50% brackets with an OTE of
150k+ very realistic.
