WHO ARE YOU?We are looking for a driven, high-performing administration professional, ideally with an understanding of recruitment workflows, to support our Director with tasks that allow him to focus on all things sales, client and candidate human connection, and strategy.
Some of the duties of the role will include:
- CALLS CALLS CALLS - making calls as planned or directed
- Resource candidates through our database, job boards, professional networks, etc
- Manage responses from any marketing, and organise diligently
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on specific job requirements by phone calls
- Schedule interviews with both client and candidates via phone
- Manage resume submissions to clients / follow up and check ins
- Keep tabs on current live candidates and lead candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Provide relevant guidance and advice to clients and candidates
- Manage all bounced emails / update data / enrich database
- Achieve and exceed personal and team goals.
